I invite you to join me in a morning practice of Hatha yoga flow. The classes are suitable for all levels of experience, integrating breath, postures and mudra to help you realign and balance. Developing strength and flexibility in both body and mind. Clare is an experienced 200+ hour Yoga Professionals/YMCA Teacher, teaching with warmth, humour and compassion. No fancy yoga clothes are necessary for our practice just leggings and t shirts that you can easily and comfortably stretch in. The most important thing to bring is our positive intention!
