Joanna has been practising yoga for over 20 years and draws upon her dance and fitness background to deliver a class that focuses on finding freedom of movement with the breath and length and alignment through release in the postures. In this class, we will predominantly employ Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga and welcomes people of all ages and abilities.
