20 minutes of focused running training and 20 minutes of HIIT boxing drills. Running will take place at either The Level or Queen’s Park and the boxing will take place at the Hanover Centre. Please note that if the weather is bad, the running will not take place and the class will be 40 minutes of HIIT instead.
First class free and then block bookings available after first class.
