At the heart of Hanover

Beer Festival Update

2014 beer festival logo

We’ve a lot of news to pass on after a couple of hectic weeks for the organisers.

First and foremost – tickets are on sale in Hanover pubs. You can buy them at:

… and now also:

The price is £10, which includes a souvenir glass and your first pint. Last year we had some problems with people over-buying tickets and trying to sell them back to us on the night. We are strictly limited to 350 tickets for each session, so this is very unfair and locks out people who would have liked to come along. This year we are limiting sales to 4 tickets per customer.

Friday is always popular and sells out first, but on Saturday we will be running a raffle for a party of 5 to tour Langham’s Brewery (with plenty of tasting thrown in).

Those of you who came last year and loved the variety of beers on offer will be pleased to know that Maria is selecting them again – over 40 different beers.

The Q Sales & Lettings Cider Bar was a popular favourite last year, and we can confirm that the boys from Q-Lets will back to promote their favourite tipple.

Regular festival favourite Butlers Wine Cellar will be returning with a range of easy-drinking wines.

And finally, Humble Pies will be selling their affordable beer-friendly snacks and meals.

More news soon!

What’s the date of this? There’s no mention of it anywhere that I can find…

Its on 3rd and 4th October, from 7pm to 11pm. Friday tickets are going very quickly.
