The Hanover Community Centre is available to hire for parties at the weekends. We have two halls and a smaller meeting room;

Hourly Rates

We have different hourly hiring rates depending on the time and nature of your booking.

Groups and classes

- £6 per hour Monday - Friday daytime (until 6pm)
- £12 per hour weekday evenings (2 hours minimum booking after 7pm)
- £15 per hour weekends (2 hour minimum booking)

Corporate/commercial/business

- £25 per hour at any time (minimum 2 hour booking)

Party Rates

- Afternoon/Childrens Parties 2pm - 5pm
(This includes setting up and tidying up after the party. Any aditional hours will be chardged for at £12 per hour.)
Hire fee - £30 for Hanover Residents or £36 if you live outside the Hanover area.
There is an aditional deposit of £36 which is fully refundable after the event provided all is well.

- Saturday Evening Parties 6pm - 11.30pm
(This includes setting up and tidying up after the party. Any aditional hours will be charged for at the rate of £15 per hour.)
Please note that Saturday evening bookings are now only available to Hanover Residents.
Hire fee - £75
There is an aditional deposit of £75 which is fully refundable after the event provided all is well.

What is included in these costs:

These costs are for hire of one of our halls or the small meeting room. The rate includes use of the kitchen for making teas & coffees etc. The kitchen in the downstairs hall is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, urn for hot water and a chiller. Also included is use of tables and chairs (large and small). If you have any queries please contact the office.
