This course is an introduction to some key contemporary and jazz dance moves(flowing, travelling sequences, floor work, isolation of body parts …), that are taught from the inside out.
Eva, the teacher, firmly believes that only a comfortable movement is fun to do and truly profitable to the body.
“Comfort” and “fun” being the key words here, the classes are dynamic yet gently paced, in order to allow the time and space for participants to develop an individual understanding of each movement.
Through repetitions and insightful anatomical explorations, expect to build core strength, flexibility and a general increased pleasure in your physicality!
This course is highly recommended for beginners (especially scared ones), but is also suitable for all levels. Good music guaranteed.
Wednesdays, 9:30 to 10:45am.
