Starting on 5th January 2019, The Mindful Me Club with Claudine, an experienced teacher and children’s mindful practitioner. Claudine is providing 6 weeks of fun and empowering weekly mindfulness lessons. Children are taught how their brain works in relation to their thought patterns and how to help themselves deal with difficult emotions and feelings. The children will learn breathing techniques but also get to share and explore through talking, drawing and movement. Early Bird discount available and limited (1st come 1st served) concessions places. Saturdays 10am-12pm.
