Sundra Yoga

Sandra teaches a fluid yoga style whilst always focusing on the breath.
She will gently and gracefully challenge her students while making sure everyone leaves the class relaxed, renewed and internally peaceful.
Tuesday 7:15pm Hatha Yoga
In this class we are focus on your body and your own alignment. We connect your movement with your breath and so sync body and mind.
This class is designed for beginners and students who want to go back to basics.
Through the time you will be introduced to different asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
 
Wednesday 9:15pm Vinyasa Yoga
Drop off your kids and take an hour for yourself. This gently energising practice flows with your breath and music.
The yoga postures are sequenced to warm up your body, stretch and strengthen your muscles and leave you refreshed and renewed for the day.
