New weekly mindfulness classes starting Nov 17th 6-7pm. Struggling to keep up your mindfulness practice? Interested in learning a bit about mindfulness and how it can help you? Come and join us for this relaxed weekly class. Each week we will cover different aspects of mindfulness, chatting about practical ways to incorporate it into your daily life. We will practice a variety of different meditations, full guidance given. All welcome.
