Jan teaches beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of Body Control Pilates® matwork.
Classes have a maximum of 12 people and run in blocks of 6-10 weeks, payable in advance on a session basis (not drop-in). Clients have the flexibility to make up missed classes.
Pre and post natal conditions are accommodated within classes and are recommended by health professionals.
Next series of classes:
- Mondays 9.30am Upper Hall from april 13th
- Thursdays 4.45pm Upper Hall from april 16th
- Fridays 6pm Upper Hall from april 17th
All classes last an hour.
