This is a new class for pre teen aged / early teen aged girls, offering yoga, meditation and mindfulness. A fun class to help the girls adapt to the stresses of a fast paced life. Yoga keeps them strong and flexible, elements of mindfulness and meditation help them find calm, learn focus, feel more confident and enjoy some time together. Team and partner poses will help them learn group skills. The girls will be supported to be themselves…..
Jane O’Donnell is a lifelong yoga devotee, accredited children’s yoga teacher and a meditation and mindfulness instructor. These classes are a blend of those elements.
Classes are Tuesdays in term time 5-6pm, £6 to try a class then paid up for the half term.
