At the heart of Hanover

An Autumn Diary

“An Autumn Diary” (30 mins) is a film that explores fracking in Sussex.

A local resident tries to discover what fracking is and what it means for his area and the English countryside. This is a fast moving adventure with some surprisingly uplifting moments.

The film has been described as England’s answer to Gasland, but it is much calmer and much shorter. In fact it is a curiously beautiful and captivating film that investigates fracking, future energy problems and solutions and the spirit of an English village.

The fim will be shown with “DWS” (33 mins) – an award winning film about living in Sussex.

Both films will be introduced by the director, Philip Davidson.

The Hanover Centre, Sunday 23rd March, 4pm – 6pm. Admission free, donations appreciated.
