Hatha Yoga Drop In Classes

Hatha Yoga drop in classes: suitable for all levels.

Yoga poses, breathing and relaxation for strength, fitness, flexibility, focus, well-being and peace. Hatha yoga balances the energies in the body whilst strengthening and supporting us to calm the mind and body. It is particularly good for people with back problems as it develops a good core strength.

I always look forward to these classes; I feel stretched physically and relaxed mentally and emotionally

I would like to attend one of your classes in the Hanover centre to give it a go. I presume I need to bring my own mat.
Do I need anything else? and how much is a class?

Hi Melanie,
Mats and blocks are provided so no need to bring anything except something warm to wear at the end for the final relaxation. The day time classes are £7 and the evening class is £8. For the day time classes you can purchase 6 classes for £36. Thursdays classes are 10am-11.15 and 7.15 pm – 8.30pm. Fridays class is at 12.00. See my website for further information.
