A 45 minute session that focuses on an all over body workout. This class is aimed to get you stronger, leaner and help you burn more calories. The class will focus on barbell training and dumbbell training, and other strength training methods, which are sure to leave you feeling like you had a good session.

First class free and then block bookings available after first class.
