A 45 minute session that focuses on an all over body workout. Kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX’s and more will be used in this class which is aimed to get you stronger, leaner, help you burn more calories and is guaranteed to leave you feeling like you have had a good session! The class is aimed at all levels from the beginner through to the advanced trainer.
